Reflexology is extremely effective following a course of sessions. This option offers space to go deeper into your healing with fully tailored treatment plan for your needs.

SPIRITUAL ACCOMPANIMENT
Spiritual accompaniment — sometimes called spiritual direction — is a contemplative practice of deep listening. It is not therapy, not counselling, and not advice. It is the art of sitting with another person in the presence of the sacred, and attending to what is moving.
Lizzie accompanies people who are navigating midlife transition, grief, spiritual homelessness, and the long questions that don't have easy answers. She draws on interfaith wisdom, embodied practice, Magdalenic and Celtic traditions, and the stunningly natural rhythms of the year.
Sessions can in person or online and are typically fortnightly or monthly, sixty minutes, and held over a sustained period — accompaniment is a relationship, not a transaction.

As an Interfaith Minister trained with OneSpirit Interfaith Foundation I work with people from all faiths and of none. My clients usually find themself at a crossroad or confused by their inability to ‘fit in’ with the church they grew up in. I walk alongside these faiths in the cracks and under the open skies of possibility always trusting my internal compass.
